Communities thrive when all of its members are able to contribute to its economic stability and flow. Unfortunately, many people are left out or not given the adequate support needed to be productive members of their community and society. Many of these individuals include those that are Deaf, Hard of Hearing and Deafblind, have other special needs, or are returning citizens, all of whom simply need the appropriate assistance and opportunity to be fruitful in society.
History
The Placement Service helps individuals become a vital part of their financial security by obtaining gainful employment. The Placement Service assist the under-served demographics with achieving financial independence via job readiness and subsequent job placement.
BOA Placement Services has been centrally in the heart of one of the lowest income areas in Miami-Dade County. Although based in Coconut Grove, BOA Placements Services provides employment readiness and placement for prospects all across Miami-Dade.
